Great photos! And interesting blog.

I lived in France as a child (5 to 9 years old) and it was a wonderful, life-shaping experience. I have lots of early images of old culture, Mediterranean beaches, etc. and memory of interesting smells too, particularly fresh baguette and scooter fumes!

(Found you via Beth by the way)

"Nomad" you thought it was "unfair for people to leave big long serious comments and then be "Anonymous"..." (on blind as a bat) Now isn't that the pot calling the kettle black. Who is "Nomad?" Most bloggers do not even have a picture of themselves. Aren't all bloggers really "anonymous?" Isn't this what is so attractive for bloggers, to be anonymous and share your feelings? You choose "fellow" bloggers who will agree with you. The only ones who may know the real you are your friends you have invited to read your thoughts.

Oh, I love your boat! I know two boys in this house who would think that is way cool too! ;-)

What a fun project to work on together- and hey-kuddos that it floated (mine would probably do a titanic!)
